Furthermore, you can conveniently create requests for workshop appointments, GCC authorization, additional user permissions, and invoice complaints. The portal also allows you to upload documents seamlessly, ensuring a smooth and efficient deal process.
How to View Agreements
To view agreements, click the 'Agreements' tab on the menu. This will open the Agreements page, where you can see the total number of agreements, the number of active agreements, the number of agreements about to expire, and the number of expired agreements. At the bottom of the page, there is a list of your agreements. You can filter this list by agreement number, status, plate number, and vehicle brand, or use the search functionality to find specific text. Additionally, you can export the agreements as CSV and Excel files. To see the details of an agreement, click the 'View' button next to it.
How to View an Agreement Detail
To view the details of an agreement, click the 'View' button next to the agreement in the list. This will open the detailed information page for the agreement. On this page, you will be able to see the agreement details, vehicle information, user details, and the maintenance history of the vehicle.
How to View Ongoing Deals
To view ongoing deals, click the 'Deals' tab on the menu. This will open the Deals page, where you will see a list of your ongoing deals. To view the details of a deal, simply click on the deal.
How to View Financials
To view financials, click the 'Financials' tab on the menu. This will open the Financials page, where you can see a summary of your financial information, including the number of invoices, number of paid invoices, number of partially paid invoices, number of unpaid invoices, number of due invoices, current balance, amount of unpaid invoices, and due amount. At the bottom of the page, you will find a list of your invoices. You can filter this list by invoice number and status, or use the search functionality to find specific text. Additionally, you can export the invoices as CSV and Excel files. To see the details of an invoice, click the 'View' button next to it.

To view an invoice, click the 'View' button next to the invoice in the list. This will open the invoice as a PDF.
How to Create a GCC Authorization Request
To create a GCC Authorization Request, which gives you permission to drive in GCC countries, go to the agreement details page and click the 'Request GCC Authorization' button. This will open a form displaying the agreement number and plate number, with the subject and description fields automatically filled in. You need to upload the 'Letter of Authorization' and then submit the form. Your request will be created for our agents to handle.
How to Create an Appointment Request
To create an appointment request for workshop service, start by visiting the agreement details page and clicking the 'Appointment Request' button. This action will open a form where you'll see the agreement number and plate number pre-filled. Enter the required information including the type of service needed, your preferred workshop location, the desired date and time for the appointment, and a description detailing your specific request or complaint. After completing the form, submit it for processing. Our agents will handle your request promptly once submitted.
How to Create an Additional User Request
To request permission for an additional user to drive the vehicle, go to the 'Users' section of the agreement details page and click the 'Add User Request' button. This action will open a form where the agreement number is displayed automatically along with pre-filled subject and description fields. Enter the first name, last name, mobile number, and email of the additional user. You will also need to upload their driver's license and the company authorization documents. After filling out the form, submit it for processing. Our agents will handle your request promptly once it is submitted.
How to Create an Invoice Request
If you encounter any issues with an invoice, such as discrepancies, incorrect details, or if you haven't received it, you can submit a request to address the problem. Start by locating the invoice in the invoice list and clicking the 'Request' button next to it. This will open a form where the invoice number is automatically displayed, and the subject and description fields are pre-filled. Select a category that best describes your concern, then provide further details in the subject and description fields. After filling out the form, submit it for processing. Our agents will handle your request promptly to resolve the issue.
How to View Requests
To view your requests, click the 'Request History' tab on the menu. This will open the Request History page, where you will see a list of all your requests. To view the details of a specific request, simply click on the request.
